SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

I take great care in packaging and shipping products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. I purchase protection on each box that is shipped so I do ask that you open your package and check for any damage on the day of arrival. If there are any issues, I ask that you reach out to me within 3 days after the delivery date with photos (of the damaged piece/s, of the box, and of the packaging) so that I can submit a claim ASAP.

Once you have sent me a message with the photos, if I do not have a replacement available, I will send you a refund. I do not offer any credits or gift cards towards the next order, I am only able to do a refund!

Return & Exchange Policy

If you want to request a return or decide to deny the package due to something like international fees, please reach out to me and explain the situation so we can discuss a solution. I will decide on a case-by-case basis if a return is within reason. I will NOT refund you UNTIL the package arrives back to my doorstep. I need the item in my possession before I am able to send a refund. If the package gets lost or damaged on the return shipping, you will not be responsible. I will still refund you once its confirmed that it's lost/damaged in transit. Thank you!
