Shipping Policy
I take great care in packaging and shipping products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. I purchase protection on each box that is shipped so I do ask that you open your package and check for any damage on the day of arrival. If there are any issues, I ask that you reach out to me within 3 days after the delivery date with photos so that I can work on a solution for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once you have sent me a message with photos of any damage, I will work on a replacement or you can also request a refund. A replacement may take around 2 weeks-1 month. If you choose to wait for a replacement, I cannot guarantee it will be exactly identical to the original but I will try my best. With ceramic products & handmade art, the details cannot always be perfectly recreated.
